The FiDiPro website renewed
Welcome to the renewed website of the FiDiPro - Finland Distinguished Professor Programme. On the new FiDiPro website you can get information about the application guidelines, find out more about the research carried out in Finland by FiDiPro Professors and Fellows and read about their experiences.
The website also provides a comprehensive list of FiDiPro Professors and Fellows and their research projects. As a new element, the website also provides an introduction to Finland as a place for research and links to other websites with more detailed information on related topics. The website is available in Finnish and English.
The FiDiPro programme is a joint funding programme of the Academy of Finland and Tekes that provides Finnish universities and research institutes with an opportunity to employ foreign top researchers or expatriate Finnish top researchers who have long worked abroad to carry out research in Finland for a fixed term.
